SZI Announces Unaudited Contracted Sales for April 2022

(6 June 2022–Hong Kong) Shenzhen Investment Limited (“SZI” or “Group”, SEHK stock code: 604.HK) announces the Group’s unaudited contracted sales for April 2022.

The Group’s unaudited contracted sales for April 2022 amounted to approximately RMB389 million, representing an increase of 78.4% MoM and a decrease of 44.4% YoY. The contracted sales area was approximately 18,193 sq.m., up 158.5% MoM and down 43.3% YoY.

For the first 4 months of 2022, the Group recorded unaudited total contracted sales of approximately RMB1.699 billion, representing a decrease of 63.8% YoY, and the total contracted sales area was approximately 57,368 sq.m., down 73.9% YoY. The average selling price was approximately RMB29,615 per sq.m..
